Dreams FC duo Samuel Alabi and Montari Kamaheni have joined Israeli side FC Ashdod on a season long loan.

They will join former skipper and teammate Leonard Owusu, who currently plies his trade with Ashdod.

The transfer of the duo follows fruitful talks between the two clubs after the 2019 Best in Ghana Soccer Fiesta held at the Ajax Park at University of Ghana.

According to a statement released by the club, the players are expected to arrive in Israel next week to sign the contracts to seal their transfer.

Both Alabi and Montari played key roles in the various campaigns of the club, especially in the ongoing Normalisation Committee Special Competition.

They gained promotion to the first team two seasons ago from Still Believe FC, the youth side of Dreams FC.

Montari was part of the Black Satellites team that participated in the 2019 U20 Africa Cup of Nations in Niger.
