Anthony Martial has emerged as the most clinical striker in the English Premier League -- leaving a host of big-name stars trailing in his wake.
Gareth Southgate last week hailed Harry Kane as the best goalscorer in world football and the Tottenham ace has been prolific in the domestic game for years.
Manchester City star Sergio Aguero is also regarded as one of the global game's greats while Mohamed Salah is on the shortlist to win the Ballon d'Or for his goal-scoring exploits with Liverpool.
But Manchester United forward Martial leaves them all in the shade with his amazing form in front of goal this season.
For the 22-year-old has been in such blistering form for Jose Mourinho's side that he has never missed the target when taking a shot at goal.
Martial has had nine attempts on goal in the top flight this season -- and has hit the target every single time.
No Premier League forward even comes close to being as accurate, with Raheem Sterling the next best with the City star shooting on target 82 per cent of the time.
His 100 per cent accuracy has seen him score six times -- the same amount of goals Kane, Salah and England new-boy Callum Wilson have notched during the campaign.
And, crucially, the United man is also the most efficient -- scoring a goal every 104 minutes in the domestic game this season.
Compared with all players who have scored five or more this season, that is better than the strike rate of current Premier League leading scorer Aguero who's eight goals have come at a rate of every 111 minutes.
