Enterprise properties to build office complex
Enterprise Properties Ltd, one of the four subsidiaries of the Enterprise Group Limited, has cut the sod for the construction of a 14-storey office complex at 7th Avenue at Ridge in Accra.

The project will offer for rental purposes a unique combination of support facilities such as a banking hall, offices, restaurant/cafeteria, security services, business centres and information technology suites.
The General Manager of Enterprise Properties and the Project Manager, Mr Philip Godson-Amamoo, described the project as a high class iconic commercial office property, whose facilities include a basement and a multi-storey car park.
The office complex will have approximately 12.100 square metres of floor space and will cater for major organisations requiring ultra-modern office accommodation in Accra’s new financial hub at the Accra Ridge area.
Mr Norkwei Badger of Krane Constructions said the project was expected to be completed and fully operational at the start of 2016.
The Group CEO of Enterprise, Mr George Otoo, noted that following Enterprise Properties’ successful development of luxury houses at Roman Ridge Accra, the office complex would be another important development that signified Enterprise Group’s move into the Real Estate market.
That, he said, was in line with the Group’s growth strategy of establishing a strong presence in the industry, in addition to its excellent position in General and Life Insurance services and Pensions Management.
In addition to this development, Enterprise Properties is currently carrying out feasibility studies towards the development of yet another office complex facility of an equally iconic stature outside Accra.
