Accra: FBN Bank opens Spintex branch
FBN Bank Ghana Limited has opened a new branch on the Spintex Road in Accra as part of the bank’s strategic plans to improve its brand visibility and expand its distribution channels in the country.

This brings to 18, the number of branches the bank is currently operating in the country.
The move also forms part of the bank’s resolve to deepen financial inclusion in the country.
In his welcome address, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Mr Seyi Oyefeso, said the bank was committed to serving the various stakeholders it deals with by providing them with value.
Brand purpose
According to Mr Oyefeso, the bank’s brand purpose was to always put its customers and partners at the heart of its business.
“We are poised to standardise customer experience and excellence in financial solutions across sub Saharan Africa in consonance with our brand vision,” he said.
In his address before opening the branch, the Board Chairman of the bank, Mr Joseph Yieleh Chireh, stated that the bank had put in place measures aimed at addressing excellent customer service delivery.
By rebranding the bank, he said, it had taken advantage of technology in order to make banking easier, convenient and simple for its customers.
