There will also be standup comedy from the likes of Nigeria’s Akpororo, Buchi and Bovi. Ghanaian comedians, DKB and Romanus will also be on hand to dish out side spliting jokes on the night.

In an interview with Alhassan Nabil, CEO of Event Factory, he said he was confident of the quality of artistes for the show and promised a better event this year.

“This is our third year and as such, we need to put up a better show, though the previous editions were very successful.

“As a growing brand, we need to win and maintain the confidence of our clients and that could only be achieved in our products.

“It’s for such a reason that we have put together some of the best on our music and comedy scenes to give our guests nothing short of good entertainment. Besides, we have always had positive reviews,” he stated.

The Lord of the Ribs event has in the past featured artistes such as R2Bees, Rex Omar and Yaa Yaa, and comedians who have graced the event with their performances include Omobaba, Gordons, Basket Mouth, SIM Card and Hogan.

Apart from the Lord of the Ribs concert, Event Factory is also the brain behind  Sarkodie’s Rapperholic and Black N White concerts.
