Queenstar Pokuah Sawyerr supports Gomoa Adzentem
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Agona East, Madam Queenstar Maame Pokuah Sawyerr has organised medical services for the aged and widows at Gomoa Adzentem, her hometown in the Gomoa East Constituency of the Central Region.

As a show of concern for the welfare of children, aged, widows and orphans, Madam Sawyerr aka Maame Pokuah, arranged for a medical team to provide health services to the people during the Gomoa Adzentem Ahobaa Festival, recently.
In addition, she provided packed lunch of rice and chicken for all the people who participated in the programme.
She also provided educational materials for some of the schoolchildren who were present and advised them to learn hard to become useful citizens to the community and the nation as a whole.
Madam Sawyerr together with the parliamentary candidate for Gomoa East in the 2016 elections, Mr Desmond Paitoo donated an undisclosed amount of money to the Chiefs and people of Adzentem.
Mr Paitoo also promised to support the development of the community.
The Chief of the area, Nana Essel Andoh, on behalf of his people expressed appreciation for the MP's show of support.
“Obaatanpa Queenstar Maame Pokuah Sawyerr is a great asset to the NDC party and the nation. She cares for the vulnerable in society,” he pointed out.
