Hosanna Praise ends well
Their energetic “praise and worship” segment set the tone for the night and contemporary gospel act, Eugene Zuta of Woso and Fameye fame took the show a notch higher with his performance.

The host choir, Jubilant Praise Choir, led by Lady Pastor Sweetlina Boateng –Antwi mounted the stage next and treated patrons to some contemporary local and foreign music.
And after they were done, the loud cheers that greeted Uncle Ato when he took his turn showed that the audience hadn’t had enough on the day yet.
The man who has endeared himself to many for his worship medleys was in his element as he treated the audience to songs such as Dzi Dew, Nyame Ye and Mensuro.
It was also proud moment for the organisers when some of the children who had benefitted from the charity concert in the past years performed a choreography dance to Cwesi Oteng’s I Win to the admiration of the ecstatic crowd.
Performances by Cwesi Oteng, KODA, Inner Circle Choir and the Commissioned Family brought this year’s Hosanna Praise aimed at raising funds to support the education of the less privileged children in Adentan and its environs to an end.
The charity concert, which had K.O.J.O (Kojo Oppong Adjei) of Sunny FM as the host, was graced by the Member of Parliament for Adentan, Mr Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore.
Speaking with Showbiz after the show, Lady Pastor Boateng-Antwi said it has been her desire to assist the less privileged and used the platform the Hosanna Praise concert provided to achieve that.
“Surprisingly, the churches have not been supportive of this worthy project and getting sponsorship from the corporate entities have been a difficult task but we hope to get all the needed support in subsequent events,” she stated.
Mr. Ashie Moore also pledged to assist the charity concert in the coming years. “This is the first time that I have witnessed a church organise a charity concert to support the less privileged in the society. This is a laudable initiative which needs commendation,” he told Showbiz on the sidelines of the show.
