Auto Parts Limited launches Nissan Sentra 2013

The 2013 Nissan Sentra Are you into rating cars according to their sophistication and style? Then there is a benchmark in Nissan’s newly improved Sentra’s fuel economy, with an additional wrapped up high-mpg engine technology in a package with premium design.
From front to back, the new Sentra’s styling has eye-catching bold lines and improved road charm.

Easily seating five passengers, Nissan boasts that the new Sentra has the largest rear seat legroom in its class, with an inch more than competitors in the saloon category.

The new Sentra adopted Nissan’s bold new signature trapezoid shaped grille and large wrap-around headlights with LED accents.

The latest Nissan model is the latest addition to the auto market in Ghana by Auto Parts Limited (APL).

Powered by 1.6 and 1.8-litre engines, the all-new Sentra uses its new lightweight design to deliver better fuel economy and fuel efficiency.

While the 1.6-litre model achieves 85kw of power and 154Nm of torque, the 1.8-litre model delivers 96kw of power and 174Nm of torque, with both engines available with manual transmission and continuously variable transmission (CVT).

A CVT propelled vehicle doesn’t shift at all like a traditional gearbox. The ratios are always changing in order to find the perfect combination for speed, fuel efficiency, or both.

Some CVTs even come with buttons to help shift between pre-set ratios which help mimic a traditional automatic.

At the launch of the car in Accra last Thursday, the Sales Manager of APL, Mr Eugene Alden Fessi, said the car was the only sedan in the compact segment to offer standard equipment.

The new Sentra, he said, had a sophisticated new look with a high quality interior design and materials that were not common in compact vehicles.

He stated that along with mid-size roominess in a compact-size exterior, the intuitive interior layout emphasised driver control and class, leading to seat comfort for occupants.

The all-new Nissan Sentra is a compelling proposition that invites compact buyers to step up in style with its front LED headlights to rear LED tail lights.

That is not all; the Sentra’s cabin ergonomics and ‘on the ship’ technologies are artistically chic, yet still basic – as is expected of this class.

The new Nissan Sentra, which is expected to hit the market in the next two months, is elegant, modern and a refined of the old one.

It offers a longer wheelbase and overall length, shorter overhang, extends rear overhead and height and width reductions for enhanced aerodynamics.
