Facts of case

Presenting the facts of the case in court yesterday, the prosecutor said the five accused persons were arrested by the police at Kpatinga last Friday.

He said the accused persons were arrested in connection with the violence that broke out between two feuding factions in a chieftaincy dispute at Kpatinga.

The violence, according to the prosecutor, lasted two days, saying that at the time of their arrest, the accused were wielding firearms.
