The election, which took place at the school’s assembly hall, had two polling stations equipped with transparent ballot boxes. Teachers served as the electoral officers as well as polling agents.

After students had cast their votes, the ballot boxes were emptied and the papers counted in the full glare of polling agents to ensure that no candidates got cheated.

While the counting went on, students keenly looked on until the declaration of the results.

The Headmistress of the school, Mrs Victoria Aba Agyapong, played the role of an observer.
