I’ve replacement for Barnieh—Coach Annor Walker

Black Galaxies coach, Annor Walker, believes he won’t be affected too much by the absence of star striker, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh in their next game.

According to the coach, although the player was very important to the team, he still has a replacement for him after he was showed a red card during last Thursday's game.

Speaking during the post-match interview after his side beat Sudan 3-1 in the Championship of Africa Nations (CHAN) tournament, the coach insisted that the card showed to Barnieh was a big blow to the team but he will find a replacement.

Barnieh was showed a straight red card by Chadian referee, Alhadji Allaou Mahamat, after he stepping on his Sudanese opponent in an off-the-ball incident.

It’s unfortunate Afriyie got the red card. He’s one of my top strikers but I came with 25 players so I will have a replacement to play in the quarterfinals stage and after that he can be in action”, Coach Walker said.
