The newly elected president of the Ghana Actors Guild, Mr Sammy Fiscian says he and his team will reorganise and rebrand the guild.

The new executives were elected at a by-election held at the Centre for National Culture in Accra on Saturday. They are Sammy Fiscian, President, Van Vicker, Vice President, and Kalsoume Sinare, Welfare Officer.

Concert party drama to air on Joy, Adom

A 13-part drama series cast in the popular ‘concert party’ vein, is scheduled to start running on Joy FM and Adom FM on April 25 and April 26 respectively. 

Called Egya Yaw, the series produced by Dr Kwesi Owusu’s Creative Storm media outfit, has a well-known actor, David Dontoh, in the lead role.

Vision 1 FM’s programme, Ghana Beye Yie has been awarded Social Programme Of the Year at Foklex Media Awards recently held at the Golden Tulip in Kumasi.

Ghana Beye Yie contended with other social programmes on stations such as Hello FM, Otec FM, Nhyira FM, Metro FM and Fox FM.
