Rev Erskine takes over Y Campus Express

Reverend Erskine, a Level 400 student of the University of Ghana, Legon, has been confirmed as host of YFM’s Y Campus Express after the exit of Joel Orleans.

The 23-year-old who is also the Mtn Pulse Campus Ambassador will on Friday-Sunday be behind the console at 12pm to 3pm.

Chatting with Showbiz on Sunday, the Political Science and Economics student said “My love for public speaking and entertainment started in Senior High school where I served as the regular Saturday night and inter-schools entertainment events emcee.

“My passion also saw me getting into freelance online entertainment journalism when I entered the university in 2012.

Along the line, I started club compering and event publicity and had the opportunity to promote several events online and on GhOne TV”, he added.

According to him, in no time, "RevErskineGh" became a household name when it came to campus events.

“I was therefore very excited when I was made the new host of the Y Campus Express when Joel was promoted to host the drive time of YFM, he added.
