10 finalists for Face Of Bamsa

Ten beautiful young ladies were last Friday officially unveiled as contestants for the Face of Bamsa 2016 pageant at a ceremony hosted at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.

The 10 finalists are Lizzy, Portia, Afiba, Babara, Rahina, Abigail, Valarie, Nana Adwoa, Princess and Sophia. Face of Bamsa is a beauty pageant for members of the Bachelor of Science Marketing Students Association.

The ladies exuded confidence as they stepped on stage in pairs in their lovely outfits much to the admiration of the audience who cheered their favourite contestants on.

The pageant since its inception has produced some beauty pageant winners such as Miss afariwaa Dawson, first runner up of TV3’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful, Bertha Frances, first runner up of Face of GUPS and Tiniwaa of Miss Tertiary Fame.

In a chat with Showbiz, Mr Kwasi Skryble Baufor, PRO of the Bachelor of Science Marketing Students Association, said “last year’s event was a successful one. Our predecessors set a pace for us that we want to continue. Bamsa is the most vibrant association on campus and this year, we taking it a notch higher.

“After weeks of grooming, we can confidently say the girls are ready for the pageant.

Speaking to Showbiz after the ceremony at La Palm Beach Hotel, Mr Richard Kweitsu, CEO of Kurdle Limited, a company which focus on events, said “this and many more are some of the exciting events my team is putting together for some selected tertiary institutions”.
