Lisa Boateng to launch maiden album
Gospel musician, Lisa Boateng, will launch her maiden album, Wadi Okono Ama Me, on Sunday, October 26, at the Jesus Covenant Ministry, Lashibi Klagon.

She will be supported by other gospel acts which include Selina Boateng, Florence Obinim, Apostle Okoh Hackman and Brother Sammy.
Wadi Okono Ama Me, recorded by Dan Bassey in Kumasi and Bronxy in Dansoman in March this year features songs such as Ɛne Me Ntena Saa, Hyebre Sesafo Nyame and Tetekoramoa Nyankopɔn.
She told Showbiz last Monday that even though she likes all the songs on the album, she had a soft spot for Ɛne Me Ntena Saa because it addresses marriage is woth the attention.
The increasing cases of divorce is an issue that Lisa said needs “immediate attention” and believes that her piece of advice on Ɛne Me Ntena Saa for women to eschew friends who do not offer good pieces of advice concerning their marriage is worth the attention.
“Women love to talk and we always want comfort from people. We should know that marriage is a divine institution and an everlasting union. If we have difficulties, we should seek the face of God and not confide in some friends who just want our downfall.
“Married couples, especially the women, should know that communication is key in the survival of their marriage. They should talk to their partners instead of telling the whole world what they are going through.
“This is not to say that we shouldn’t seek help when we need it. No, but we must know the people we discuss our problems with,” she stated.
Lisa, a product of the Institute of Business Management and Journalism (IBMJ) is married to Rev. Prophet Maxwell Boateng of Jesus Covenant Ministries.
