Choirmaster for Awukugua Ohum
Hiplife artiste, Choirmaster, will on Sunday, November 2, be the main act at a concert dubbed Blurozentertainment to be held at Awukugua in the Akuapem North Municipality.

The concert, organised by Blue Rose Company is part of activities to climax the Awukugua Ohum festival.
In addition to the concert, Choirmaster is expected to thrill patrons at the Miss Ohum beauty pageant which will come off on Saturday, November 1.
The Ghana’s Most Beautiful singer who described his upcoming show at the festival as “homecoming” has promised his fans to watch out for the “Akuapem elements that will be displayed on stage”.
In an interview with Showbiz last week Friday, the Saved By Grace singer said that he had always looked for an opportunity to “feed his people back home with his talent”.
“This is just to show my appreciation to the people of Akuapem for their support and prayers for me through my difficult times. They have really been with me through all these years and I know and I’m ready to treat them to great performances,” he stated.
Choirmaster who hails from Mampong in Akuapem said even though he doesn’t come from Awukugua, he has always had a special likeness for the town because of its historical significance.
“We cannot talk about the history of Ghana without mentioning Okomfo Anokye who hails from Awukugua. He was the great traditional priest who conjured the popular Golden Stool from the skies for the Ashanti Kingdom. That is the role Awukuguaa played in Ghana’s history and I’m honoured to join them in their celebration,” he said.
Choirmaster released his first solo album, Revelations, which has songs such as Pull Him Down, Ghana’s Most Beautiful and Saved By Grace this year in July.
He has been nominated for the Best Male Video for Ghana’s Most Beautiful, at the 4syte Music Video Awards slated for Saturday, November 15.
