It seems after being adjudged the 2015 Black Entertainment Television Awards (BET) Best International Act: Africa, Stonebwoy wants to assure his fans he is poised to dominate dancehall music in Africa and beyond for many years to come.

He  was just amazing on the day and it was no surprising that any time he  shouted  “who is the greatest dancehall artist in Ghana now?” at the show  patrons screamed back  Baafira, the title of one of his hit songs perhaps to confirm that he is number one..

Earlier, hiplife artiste, Guru, had dazzled the mainly students audience with a good show too as fans gave security personnel a herculean task of controlling the crowd.

His arrival on stage with his masked face as the fans screamed ‘Anas Anas.’ And when the Boys Abre, hitman finally unmasked his face, the thunderous applause and the deafening noise that welcomed him was amazing.

 Mz Vee, also mounted the stage to perform and she did not disappoint patrons at all. The Borkor Borkor hit maker clad in a pair of black thermos hipster trousers  with a sleeveless sheer cropped blouse teamed with big ear rings made her the most attractive personality on stage.

The entire audience went gay when the dancehall songstress finally dropped her hit single Natural Girl featuring Stonebwoy.

The winner of the Season 2 MTN Hit maker reality show, Koo Ntakra, re-enacted what won him the award while a talented eight-year-old Kofi Afful, a singer kum dancer brought back fond memories of Michael Jackson.

The event emceed by Jay Foley and Berla Mundi also featured DJ Vyrusky who took the ecstatic guests through some mixes therapy.

In addition to the ‘music therapy’, there were other activities such as fashion show, karaoke, dance competition, rap battle, arcade games, graffiti wall, photo world, food fair among others.

MTN on the night unveiled the MTN Pulse, a package that allowed users to manage both their airtime and internet data in their preferred percentages by just dialling *567#.

The Accra invasion comes off on Friday, October 2 at the Polo Grounds, Airport, Accra.
