Egypt international Mohamed Salah donated medical equipment worth EGP 12 million (over $680,000) to Egypt’s 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital.

The Liverpool winger – known for his humble and kind character on and off the pitch – has donated a large sum of money to help kids suffering from bone marrow cancer.

The news was confirmed through the personal Facebook account of Mostafa Zamzam, chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sona’ El Khair Charity.

This comes few days after the 25-year-old paid for part of the fees of an Egyptian child’s bone marrow transplant surgery.

Earlier this year, Salah made another stunning gesture after he sent a new Liverpool shirt to Mohamed Abdel-Karim after his picture wearing a torn jumper with ‘SALAH 10’ written on its back with a pen went viral.

He also donated 30,000 Euros to the association of Veteran Egyptian Players as he aimed to help 120 families who used to receive a monthly wage of EGP 400.
