The premises of Praise TV, Okponglo was transformed into a haven of beautiful ladies when the 12 finalists of this year’s Faith of Africa pageant were unveiled at a ceremony on Sunday, October 11.
The pageant which is in its second year aims at giving young ladies from the Christian fraternity to display their beauty in a godly way.
This year’s journey started with about 100 ladies auditioning. The number was pruned and finally, the 12 ladies were settled on.

The finalists representing some African countries are Falila Fuseini,19, Ghana Technology University College(GTUC), Rolie Aboghe, 20, Sikim Manipal University, Harriet Yaa Yeboah,21, Pentecost University, Sharon Quartet, 19, Abbeam Institue of Technology and Margaret Akua Barden,23, graduate of Accra Polytechnic.
The rest are Helen Teye-Djahene, 19, a SHS graduate, Jemima Opoku Ware,19, Univerisity of Ghana, Legon, Alice Senam Nimoh-Appea, 19, University of Ghana, Legon, Jessica Delali Semevor, 19, GTUC, Daisy Abedi-Boateng, 23, University of Ghana, Legon, Youla Hortelie,19, Kaaf University and Yvette Elikem Folley, 22,Central University.
Speaking at the unveiling of the finalists, Mr Teddy Owusu-Twum, of Face of Faith Africa said “ our aim as an organisation to work with other NGOs to eradicate child prostitution and encourage girl-child education. “
The well attended event saw performance from Minister Kobby, Dance Alive, Seth Diamond, Revy Highness and the dynamic urban gospel trio, Preachers who kept patrons on their feet with their energetic performance.
Face of faith Africa pageant wihich is a one seven weeks reality show will be aired on Saturdays on Praise Tv at 6:30pm to 7:00pm.
