HFC Bank donates to needy institutions

Eight benevolent institutions in the country have individually received various amounts of cash donations from HFC Bank in support of their humanitarian causes this year.

They include the Cardio-Thoracic Centre and the Accident Centre, both of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, the  Help-Age Ghana and the Dzorwulu Special School for the Intellectually Challenged.

Other beneficiaries are the Catholic Action for Street Children, University of Ghana Students Financial Aid Office, SOS Ghana and the Akuapim Community Foundation.

As a  financial institution in the country, HFC Bank deems it a corporate and social responsibility to regularly cushion the activities of needy institutions  in general and the vulnerable in particular.

The annual corporate donations event has been set aside by the bank to complement other private and public interventions aimed at enhancing the well-being of society.
