A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the company and the Effutu Municipal Assembly before the execution of the project.

The facility now has neat lawns, advertising spaces for companies to promote their products and services, as well as a fountain.

Minister

According to him, the advertising spaces would help the assembly generate funds to ensure the proper maintenance of the facility and charged the assembly to institute a maintenance schedule to enable the facility have value for the money invested.
