Today, his debut single ‘Odo Mu Odo’ is receiving appreciable airplay on most radio stations in the capital as well as across the country.

The song is about a man praising his lover for how well she treats him, saying she does it with style. He says her love is very deep and praises her for her demeanour towards him.

Kofi Kinaata comes in with his Fante rap also praising the lady for having a good fashion sense and a very good heart. His choice of lyrics is apt and complements the efforts of Ahenfo.
Ahenfo seems to have a thing for love songs because he has another song titled ‘Fantastic’ dedicated to his woman called ‘Adwoa’.

In an interview with The Mirror recently, Ahenfo said it had always been his dream to be a Highlife musician.

“I have always been passionate about Highlife and what I am doing today is just a manifestation of my long-awaited dream.

“For now I am doing everything on my own and it takes a toll on my meagre finances so I will be most grateful if a record label signs me on; it will go a long way to help me get to where I hope to be in the music industry.

“My aim is to become a household name and that can become a reality if I have a record label supporting me,” he stated.

Ahenfo hopes to release his next single ‘Onim Odo’ soon and is currently working on the music videos of ‘Odo Mu Odo’ and ‘Fantastic’.

On how he hopes to break through in this rather competitive industry, this is what Ahenfo had to say.

“I will always come out with good music and erase the perception that Highlife music is dead. I want to prove to Ghanaians and people across the world that Highlife music is very much alive. Support my music and I won’t disappoint you,” he assured.

He looks up to the late Kofi B in the industry and says he admires his lyrical prowess and the themes of his songs.
