Sources claim the 32-year-old Kilner is seeking half of Walker's estimated £27 million fortune after discovering he secretly fathered two children with Goodman.
Kilner, who shares four children with Walker, has allegedly sought legal advice regarding a potential divorce and was informed she would be entitled to half of his wealth. An insider revealed that Kilner has issued an ultimatum, stating she would only consider reconciliation if Walker agrees to hand over half of his fortune.
“It’s a mess right now. Kyle and Annie are arguing about almost everything,” a source told *The Sun*. “She’s told him she will only give it another go if he gives her half of his money first.”
Kilner's frustrations reportedly stem from a desire to ensure none of her share of Walker's wealth benefits Goodman. The couple has consulted solicitors to explore a potential financial settlement, with Walker reportedly willing to meet Kilner's financial demands to provide security for her and their children.
Adding to the tensions, Kilner’s sister, Sian, recently gave birth to a baby boy following her own affair with a married man, further straining family relationships. Kilner has refused to meet her sister's child, with sources claiming Walker called Sian a "hypocrite."
A representative for the couple confirmed they are having "open conversations" about their financial situation and are trying to work through their marital problems. “Annie and Kyle are living together, working through their issues, and establishing a new routine,” a spokeswoman told *The Mirror*. “They are both committed to ensuring financial security for Annie and the boys.”
The turmoil follows a highly publicised legal battle between Walker and Goodman over child maintenance for their children, Kinara and Kairo. Goodman recently said she had “no regrets” over the affair, stating that her children are her priority, though she admitted there is currently no relationship with Walker.
As Walker and Kilner navigate their marital challenges, the football star continues to face scrutiny, both on and off the pitch.
