The Member of Assin, Kennedy Agyapong says he does not regret his call for the late undercover journalist Ahmed Suale-Husein to be beaten.

He added that showing the face of the late journalist on air was also in the right direction. “I have no regret showing his face at all because that is the truth”
Speaking on Accra- based Asempa FM on Thursday, the outspoken MP said he had no regret for the call.

At the heel of ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas expose’ on the rotten in the Ghana Football Association, dubbed “Number 12, the Assin MP called for Husein a member of Anas' Tiger Eye PI team to be beaten.

Few hours of the death of Husein who was murdered at Madina in Accra, many have called on the police to invite the lawmaker for questioning.

But clearing the air, Mr Agyapong explained that what he said was for Husein to be beaten if he dare steps foot on his (Kennedy Agyapong) premises and not for the public to beat him up.

He added that the late Ahmed had a lot of enemies hence he (Ken Agyapong) is not responsible for the death of the journalist.
