Swimming association donate to clubs
The Ghana Swimming Association (GSA) has donated medical supplies to some swimming clubs in the country.
The donation which took place in Accra on Thursday saw some clubs in good standings with the Association benefit from these medical supplies.
The medical supplies included infrared temperature guns, hand sanitizers, among others.
Clubs who benefited from this donation include Gh Dolphins, Torpedo Swimming Club, Gh Aquatics, Kumasi White Sharks, KNUST Dolphins, Marlins Swimming Club, Legon Sharks and Blue Fins Swimming Clubs who were grateful and happy with donations given to them and said it will go a long way to help kick start their training.
The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo some few weeks announced the resumption of non-contact sports activities which includes swimming and some clubs are ready to start training under strict health guidelines spelled out by the GSA.
