Ghana’s Black Queens will be battling for survival at the Africa Women's Championship as they face Group B leaders Cameroun today in a decisive clash at the Sam Nujoma Stadium in Windhoek.
The Queens, who lost their opening match against Algeria and held South Africa’s Banyana Banyana 1-1 last Wednesday, trail the Camerounians by five points and need a decisive win to avoid an early exit from the competition, with the South Africans and Algeria battling for the second group ticket.
Apart from Cameroun, who have already booked their place at the quarter-final stage, the three other Group B teams have everything to play for, and Coach Yusif Basigi's side cannot even afford to drop a point in today’s clash.
