Ghana midfielder, Andre Ayew, has dismissed reports that he will leave Olympic Marseille at the end of the season.
With just a year left on his Stade Velodrome contract, the 24-year-old has been linked to various clubs across Europe including Newcastle, Arsenal, Napoli and Liverpool. H has, however, denied planning to leave the French Ligue 1.
“I have a status in this club, I cannot start thinking about next year,” Ayew told beIN Sports.
“What is important for me is to finish the season well. Some say I’m going to go but for my part, I have never spoken of a departure. What is important is to finish well this season. Then there will be discussions with the club.”
Ayew added: “It also depends on who is the next coach. All this is done in a timely manner.”
