NDC commends NPP for organisational skills
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has commended the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for its organisational skills during the party’s 25th Annual National Delegates’ Conference in Cape Coast.

The Deputy General Secretary of the NDC, Mr Koku Anyidoho, who led his party’s delegation to the conference particularly, commended President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and former President John Agyekum Kufuor for their “sense of time.”
“I think it is a mark of good leadership. Having worked with the late President, Professor John Evans Atta Mills, who was conscious of his time, I turn to judge leaders by their time consciousness and every good leader must be sensitive to time keeping,’’ Mr Anyidoho told the Daily Graphic in an interview.
He was at the conference to deliver the party’s solidarity message to the NPP.

The county’s burgeoning democracy was last Saturday given a boost when the various political parties thronged the New Examination Centre, (NEC), and the venue for the delegates’ conference of the NPP, to offer felicitation messages.
The common theme which resonated in the messages from the NDC, National Democratic Party (NDP), People’s National Convention (PNC) and the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) was the need for a collective responsibility to advance the gains made in building the nation’s democracy.
Warm reception
However, speaking to the Daily Graphic, Mr Anyidoho said as a political party, the NDC appreciated very much the warm reception that was accorded its delegation by the NPP.
“Personally I thank the President of the Republic for his warm embrace and the tete -a-tete and also thank Mr John Boadu, acting General Secretary; Mr Sammy Awuku, National Youth Organiser; Mr Yaw Adomako Baafi, Deputy Communications Director; Nana Obiri Boahen, Deputy General Secretary and the Deputy Interior Minister, Mr Henry Quartey, for the personal interest they took in ensuring our comfort and security.’’
“We Ghanaians should appreciate our brand of democracy and protect it,” Mr Anyidoho stressed.
“However, like I said in our solidarity message, the NPP should fulfil its campaign promises because Ghanaians are becoming impatient,’’ Mr Anyidoho concluded.
