Kojo Armah dies

Former Member of Parliament for Evalue-Gwira, Kojo Armah, has died.

He passed away on Sunday morning at a hospital where he was receiving treatment for an ailment.

The former CPP legislator first went to Parliament in 1996 for a term of four years ending in 2000. 

He returned to the House in 2004 and lasted another four years.

Armah was also the Municipal Chief Executive for Nzema East from 2000 to 2004.

He was a lawyer and owner of Ankobra FM 100.9 based in Axim.

He left behind a wife and three children. He was a Catholic.
