The Greater Accra Region will continue to experience rain Monday afternoon into the evening and night, albeit in a more relaxed form as the rain subsides over the area later in the day.
Instead, the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) forecasts that the Central Region and parts of the Eastern and Ashanti regions will experience rain later today.

Meteorologist with GMet, Frederick Cudjoe, told Graphic Online that "from this afternoon to the evening, we are expecting a relaxation in the rainfall activities as compared to what we have experienced from yesterday night into this morning and some part of the afternoon."
Asked if it was going to extend beyond Monday, Mr Cudjoe said there is a moving storm from Benin toward Togo and entered Ghana.
He said it was anticipated that there will be more rains on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
"This is because the rainfall that engulfed the south-eastern portions of the country has currently moved into the Central Region and some areas within the Ashanti Region. And then we are anticipating that it will move further westward to affect Western North and Western regions later this evening and then into the night.
"So Greater Accra will have total relaxation, but then we are anticipating that we will still be getting intermittent slight rain for some places within Greater Accra," Mr Cudjoe added.
Accra and its surrounding areas have been battered by hours of rainfall that started Sunday night, causing flooding in wide areas of the capital especially.
Some banks announced that some branches would not open in the course of the day, while some tertiary institutions postponed examinations.
