Roverman Productions begins auditions today

For nearly 12 years, playwright Uncle Ebo Whyte and his Roverman Productions has been serving theatre lovers with thought-provoking and interesting plays.
To bring patrons more value and dynamism, the company has been hosting auditions at the beginning of every year and the tradition goes on with auditions beginning today, January 11.
To be held at the Roverman offices at Osu in Accra, the auditions will enable fresh faces to be cast for the outfit’s upcoming plays but professional actors who want to be part of the team can also take part.
According to Roverman, applicants should be able to sing, must not be currently schooling and should have a first degree.
“Applicants must go along with their comprehensive CV and two passport pictures. Registration is strictly between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.,” it noted.
Roverman Productions has been committed to bringing Ghanaians quality, fun, family friendly live theatre productions in Accra and other regional capitals on a quarterly basis.
These challenging and witty plays have been the source of entertainment for many families across the country and reach an audience of over 38,000 patrons a year.
The team has performed in major cities such as Kumasi, Tamale and Koforidua and has productions such as I Want Your Wife, Dora Why, The Devil In The Mirror, Not My Husband, Bananas and Groundnuts, Unhappy Wives, Confused Husbands, God, You Are Fired among others.
