Feb 13 will be lit at Noire Lounge —CEO

Come Valentine’s Day, Monday, February 14, love will be celebrated all around the world just as the day stands for but Graphic Showbiz and Noire Lounge, located at East Legon in Accra will set the ball rolling on February 13 with Lovers Karaoke.

In a chat with Mr Ben Agyekum, the Chief Executive Officer of the Noire Lounge, he threw more light on what patrons should expect on that day.

“The day will start in the afternoon from 2 p.m. where we have a live band and every local food you can think of on the menu, from fufu with different kinds of soups to TZ, Ampesi just name it. Patrons will enjoy soothing music from the live band while they enjoy sumptuous meals.

“On Sundays, we normally have an event called Karaoke With The Stars and since it is for lovers this time around, we have decided to name it Lovers Karaoke. People will sing for their loved ones and also request special songs for them.

“There will also be a comedian coming through to entertain the audience. There will be special cocktails designed around the Valentine theme and the whole atmosphere will be full of love and the theme colours of Valentine’s Day.

“We have packages that range from GH¢250 for a couple, GH¢500 for a couple and private cabanas that are going for GH¢2,000. All packages come with mouthwatering treats and patrons will definitely have a time of their lives,” he said.

According to Mr Agyekum, Noire Lounge is located right opposite the KFC at No. 11 Trinity Avenue at East Legon.

He added that the facility which has been in existence for the past five and a half years, started as Kiki Bees Restaurant and they have now separated the Lounge from the restaurant.

“Our busiest days are on Sundays and we will take this opportunity to urge everyone to come and experience our services and they will be glad they did, our services are just top-notch,” he said.
