A buffet of sweets looked to be on tables in the background for the joyous occasion, that comes at the end of a tragic year for her family.

The party thrown by the rapper, whose real name is Dominique Jones, also had a special room set up for manicures and hairstyles.

The Errybody rapper was seen posing with the birthday girl and her mother Roxie Washington at the soiree.

He captioned his Instagram Stories, 'RIP George Floyd from The Bigger Picture.'

A post from Gianna's Instagram read, 'L.o.l Surprise Birthday Party ... Thank you so much @lilbaby_1 for coming and help me celebrate my 7th Birthday.'

Also at the party was retired NBA stars Shaquille O’Neal and Stephen Jackson, who shared a shot of Gianna relaxing with a pedicure.

'Georgie look at these smiles,' said Jackson, who was an activist and vowed to take care of Floyd's relatives following his death. 'We got u bro.'

George Floyd, a 46-year-old security guard, died on May 25 in Minneapolis after former police officer Derek Chauvin kneeled on the back of his neck while he was handcuffed, rendering him unable to breathe in a horrifying incident that was caught on camera.

In the incident, arresting officers said Floyd matched the description of a forgery suspect, and subsequently resisted them when they took him into custody. In an accompanying clip, Chauvin was seen pinning his knee into the back of Floyd's neck as Floyd pleaded with him to relent.

'Please, please, please, I can't breathe ... please, man ... my stomach hurts, my neck hurts, everything hurts ... I can't breathe,' said Floyd, who later died in police custody.

All four of the officers were fired from the police department and face charges in connection with Floyd's death: Chavin is charged with murder and manslaughter, while his colleagues Tou Thao, Thomas Lane and J. Alexander Kueng face charges of aiding and abetting murder and manslaughter.
