Permafix to sponsor Ashgold

Ashantigold have signed an initial one-year sponsorship deal with Permafix Industries, a leading tile adhesives manufacturer in West Africa.The deal, which will earn Ashgold GH¢200,000 a year, was signed yesterday in Accra to boost the finances of the, Miners’ as they prepare for the CAF Champions League early next year.

Permafix, producers of colour grouts, tile cleaning, chemical waterproof, chemical admix (plasticisers), dry mortar and also supply tiling tools, hope its association with Ashgold would provide the desired mileage.

“Permafix and Ashgold are two growing entities and we felt we can develop together,” Fady Abou-Chedid, the Managing Director of Permafix Industries Ghana Limited, said.

Ashgold won the First Capital Plus Premier League with 52 points, their first league title in 19 years.
