Jordan Ayew voted Crystal Palace Player of the Month for August

Ghanaian striker, Jordan Ayew has been voted as Crystal Place’s Player of the month for August.

Ayew won the gong with an 84% majority of more than 1,000 fans who voted on the club’s official app.

Ayew,28, has made three appearances in the English Premier League and has scored two goals so far.

He scored the winner in the Eagle’s last league outing against Aston Villa and the opener in a historic win at Manchester United

 "I want to thank them, and everyone at the football club. I am grateful and this is a good thing, but it is just the beginning. It gives me more energy and desire to work harder for this football club," Ayew said after receiving his award.
