I'm a legend - Fatau Dauda

A former Black Star's goal keeper and the current captain of the Legon Cities FC, Fatau Dauda has described himself as a legend in the country.

The goal keeper who appeared on "Joy Sports Link" radio programme on Accra-based Joy FM today [Saturday, April 4, 2020] and was narrating how he managed to get to the studio although there is a lockdown in Accra said, he encountered many police blocks on his way to the studio and when the police asked him why he was in town, he told them "I am a legend in the country" and was allowed to carry on.

Both Fatau Dauda and the programme host, Nathaniel Attoh laughed after he (Fatau Dauda) disclosed that he was a legend in the country.

Dauda began his football career in 2004 with Ghana Division 1 League club Okwawu United, and in 2006 Dauda signed for Ghana Premier League club Ashanti Gold S.C. in his hometown Obuasi.

Fatawu Dauda has played for teams such as Enyimba International F.C and Orlando Pirates Football Club.
