Over three hundred young talented footballers showed up at the Twene Amanfo School Park in Sunyani for the Brong Ahafo Regional tryouts of the Betway Talent Search.

The scouting team headed by former skipper of the Black Stars, Stephen Appiah was extremely impressed with the performance of the young footballers.

After deliberations between the coaches, thirty-two (32) players were selected from Sunyani for the Northern trials.

Players also had the opportunity to showcase their skills to other prominent coaches and scouts present at the Twene Amanfo School Park.

Chief Executive Officer of Aduana Stars, Albert Commey was satisfied with the selections process and the calibre of coaches associated with Betway Talent Search.

He said: “When they explained the rigorous drills they have to go through for their selection, it really excited me because I knew the best will come out of it. Also, looking at the kind of personalities working on the Betway Talent Search, you can tell they mean serious business”.
