Striker Joseph Esso opened the scoring after capitalising on a defensive howler by Ibrahim Yaro to open the scoring on the 16th minute.

Despite going down early in the match, Medeama dictated the pace and enjoyed the chunk of possession but that failed to take up their chances.

Medeama pulled equalised in the 74th minute through Kwadwo Asamoah who tapped in from close range.

Just as the match appeared to be heading to a draw, Yaro brought Esso down in the box for a resultant penalty kick.

Issah Ibrahim took the opportunity and slotted home beautifully to make it 2-1.

The win ensures Dreams move Medeama to 14th on the log after two matches in the league.
