Edin Dzeko has been told he will be allowed to leave Manchester City this summer, Goal.com has reported.
City held firm in the face of interest in the striker in January but accept that he can go in the next window for the right offer.
Dzeko will have only one year left on his contract in the summer and will be in a strong position to negotiate a cut-price move.
The 27-year-old, who joined City from Wolfsburg in January 2011, is likely to be available for around £15 million, although he will want to join a club who can at least match his £150,000-a-week wages.
Tottenham, Arsenal are said to be admirers of the Dzeko.
The Bosnian is also being closely monitored by continental clubs led by Inter, Borussia Dortmund and Napoli.
