VRA PRO Sam Fletcher to contest for Parliament

The head of Corporate Communications at the Volta River Authority (VRA), Sam Kwasi Fletcher, has announced his Parliamentary bid on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Mr Fletcher says he will contest the NDC primaries in the Gomoa West Constituency

Speaking on Accra-based Asempa FM, the communications expert said he had consulted widely with the chiefs of people of the constituency and abreast of the challenges confronting them.

Mr Fletcher said as Member of Parliament (MP) he would bring development to Gomoa West and create jobs.

He said he would bring development to the area by boosting the tourism and agriculture – a move he said would lead to the building of hotels and resorts in Gomoa West.

He added that he had always been a member of the NDC, but had never allowed his political leaning to impact his profession.
