The donation formed part of activities marking the church’s annual national camping and the first anniversary of the passing of its founder, Bishop Augustine Annor-Yeboah.
The anniversary brought together all branches of the church from across the country and Cote d’Ivoire.

Commitment
Presenting the items, the National Chairman of the CPIC, Apostle Dr Stephen Owusu Jackson, said the church had also adopted and painted the Maternity Ward of the hospital, at a cost of GH¢4,370, and named the facility after the late Bishop.
He stated that the church was committed to sustaining and promoting the good legacy left behind by its founder.
“Bishop Annor-Yeboah dedicated part of his life to supporting widows and orphans and was driven by passion to ensure their uplift and well-being.
“As a church, we are committed to sustaining such positive legacy in memory of our leader,” he stated.

Appreciation
The General Manager of the Presbyterian Hospital, Dr Isaac Appiah, expressed appreciation to the church for its generous support of the facility.
“Although the hospital has its own specialists, it has for several years battled with equipment and faced the challenge of resourcing the specialist departments with certain basic tools due to the high cost of such devices,” he said.

Dr Appiah said the incubator would help save the lives of premature babies born at the facility.
