Tsatsu Tsikata sues K.T. Hammond for defamation
Mr Tsatsu Tsikata has filed a writ in the High Court against the Member of Parliament for Adansi Asok
He said his entitlements to the Provident Fund were never paid – not even his own contributions. Advertisement Again he said no end of service benefits of any sort were ever paid and that a letter he wrote to the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the time was not answered. According to Mr Tsikata, in a radio interview recently, Mr Hammond, who was the Deputy Minister for Energy in that period, "falsely" claimed that he (Tsikata) must have been paid some entitlements. As a result he has filed the writ for Mr Hammond to now have the opportunity in court to justify this and "other false and defamatory statements he has been making against me. "
