Stratcomm Africa is celebrating 10 years of its flagship initiative— the Ghana Garden and Flower Show.

The initiative was introduced in 2013 to promote a greener, cleaner, healthier, wealthier and more beautiful Ghana.

The project seeks to celebrate Ghana’s unique flora and fauna, herbs, spices and vegetables whilst creating awareness among Ghanaians about the commercial, aesthetic, psychological and health benefits to be derived from them.

Similarly, the initiative was introduced to contribute to Ghana's realisation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).

In a statement issued on August 28, 2022 to announce the 10th anniversary of the project, Stratcomm Africa said the grand opening of the 10th-anniversary edition of the Ghana Garden Flower Show will take place on August 31, 2022 at 4:00pm at the Efua Sutherland Children’s Park in Accra.

The theme for the event is “Growth Unleased.” The theme speaks both to the initiative’s growth so far and to the potential that remains to be unleashed in Ghana with respect to floriculture and horticulture.
