Fraud alert: Registrar General has not commissioned door to door registration agents

The Registrar General’s Department says it has not commissioned any person to visit their homes, offices or business centres to registration of persons or assist with the renewal of businesses.
The Registrar General in a statement said it has neither commissioned any person to make phone calls requesting for mobile money payment for and on behalf of the Department.
The Department has therefore urged the public to be wary of such fraudsters plying their trade in the name of the Department.
