Andani, Lucy Quist win CIMG top awards; Graphic picks two awards

The Managing Director of Stanbic Bank, Mr Alhassan Andani, was last Saturday night adjudged the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) Marketing Man of the Year 2014 at its Marketing Excellence Awards in Accra.

The Managing Director of Airtel Ghana, Mrs Lucy Quist, emerged the Marketing Woman of the Year 2014, while the Head of Marketing at Coca-Cola Equatorial Limited, Mrs Linda Larbi, was decorated as the Marketing Practitioner of the Year.

The Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL) was the only company that picked two awards at the event — the Media Organisation of the Year and the Marketing-Oriented Company of the Year.

The Head of the Remittance Unit of the Royal Bank, Mr Emmanuel Dzorgbenyuie Fornyikpor, was also adjudged the Marketing Student of the Year.

Special awards were given to the ace investigative journalist, Mr Anas Aremeyaw Anas, and the co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Logiciel Limited, Ms Farida Nana Efua
