Be each other’s keeper — Archbishop Kwofie
He said we could be each other’s keeper by observing the health protocols that had been laid down and not put anyone at risk of infection.

“Stay at home. Stay safe. Wash your hands with soap under running water frequently. Observe social distancing,” he stressed.
Most Rev. Kwofie made the call during his Easter Sunday homily which was broadcast on Crystal TV Plus and streamed online.
He said through the pandemic, the Lord was bringing to mankind a new consciousness of how to live and maintain personal hygiene.
“Many things are happening today and I ask myself: would we have done these last year or two years ago? I couldn’t believe that our markets will be disinfected; that government could arrange for waste to be cleared in many parts of the country”, he said.
He noted that “this difficult period has raised consciousness on digitalisation of education and online studies which were possibilities but were not given much attention. I believe our health delivery system will get better after this coronavirus pandemic. We pray our Lord will intervene to put things right for us,” he added.
Most Rev. Kwofie said just as Christ’s resurrection had a big impact on his disciples, the celebration of Easter should transform the lives of mankind, have a personal encounter with the Lord and evangelise “not only by our words but by the way we live.”
