The Mirror’s A day with Daddy Buffet Lunch at Oak Plaza Hotel
On Father’s Day, June 18, The Mirror, Ghana’s most popular weekend and family-oriented newspaper and digital platform, is set to host a lavish buffet lunch that promises to offer an experience fit for fathers and father figures who are the kings in our lives.

The event, to be held at the Oak Plaza Hotel, Spintex road, Accra, will transform a poolside view terrace into a classy buffet setup with a mouthwatering array of perfectly grilled meat, a variety of seafood delicacies and a wide selection of dishes.
According to the Director, Marketing and Sales of Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL), Mr Franklin Sowa, more than 150 fathers and families are expected to be in attendance at the ticketed event.
He said the guests would also be treated to a tasteful selection of music played by a live-band with a special musical performance from the Senior Pastor of Living Streams International, Rev Paa Joe Markwei (P J Markwei).
“To accompany this, a dedicated team of mixologists will craft a range of cocktails, mock tails, local and premium beverages to satisfy every father's taste”, he added.
In addition, he said there would be a health talk for men and grooming tips and techniques shared by industry experts, including Jazau Musah from X-Men Wellness Centre , East Legon in Accra, as well as exciting surprises such as gift vouchers, fuel coupons, hampers and discount coupons.
He added that the idea was to pamper, praise and honour our fathers and father figures as a way of encouraging them for the good work done in our lives.

Reservations are now open and tables are filling up quickly.
The event will begin at exactly 12 p.m. Tickets are available at the front desk of the Oak Plaza Hotel, GCGL’s Accra offices, Tema and Kaneshie (Graphic Road). Walk-ins are available but limited.
