Judicial Service lauds COP Kofi Boakye for dedicated service

The Judicial Service has lauded the Director-General of Legal and Prosecution of the Ghana Police Service, Commissioner of Police (COP) Nathan Kofi Boakye for his dedication and immense impact to the service through his contribution as a member of Judicial Council.

Citation

In a citation presented to him by the Chief Justice Anin Yeboah, the Judicial Service noted that his contribution have helped shape important ground-breaking policies for the betterment of the Judiciary, Judicial Service and the administration of justice as a whole.

“Your tenure has been marked with several significant contributions that will be long felt. You served on the security sub-committee of the Judicial Council Committee on the restructuring of the role of Registrars and the Rules of Court Committee.”

The citation further indicated that COP Boakye was instrumental in the formulation of a detailed Study Leave Policy for Career Magistrates, post appointment audits on career magistrates.
