MOGO Festival kicks off with the Accra Music Expo

The annual Citi FM Music of Ghana Origin (MOGO) Festival started Saturday March 21, at Mantse Agbonaa, Jamestown with the Accra Music Expo.

Jama groups from various communities competed for honors and set Accra alight with their energetic performances. In the end, the Teshie group came first, followed by Ga Mashies and Osu in that order.

The Accra Music Expo celebrated indigenous Ga music and set the ball rolling for a great week of Music of Ghanaian Origin.
