Agile Experience
It had taken place in Turkey, United Kingdom, USA. It was the first ever Agile Business and Technology Conference in Africa in partnership with scrum.com and Akaditi, held at the five star Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra between 21st and 22nd October, 2015.

An amazing conference with participants drawn from the best universities in Ghana, including Ashesi, BlueCrest, Lancaster, Central, and Wisconsin University.
The theme of the conference was, 'Are you a Hippo, or a Cheetah?', and BlueCrest College had fifteen of her most brilliant minds from the Business, IT and fashion schools as delegates.
There were several international speakers from some of the world’s biggest corporations as well as globally renowned faculties from leading business schools in Europe and the Americas.
They included Rob Harding, CIO at Capital One (America’s fifth largest bank), Karen Bowes, Chief HR manager at same bank, Prof Eddie Obeng, Niels Pflaeging from the CIEBS, Netherlands.
Fidelity Bank Ghana CEO, Mr Edward Effah, Mr Collin Vickerie of Roraima Data Services, were also in attendance.
The participants were thrilled by the various workshops on leadership, entrepreneurship, software development, managing an Agile/Cross-functional teams and the highly engaging sessions with the distinguished speakers.
The chief facilitator of Agile in Africa Conference, Mr Nana Abban, charged young leaders to take Africa rightful place in the global world in leadership, technology, education.
